3. Consultations & Bookings
Initial consultations are offered free of charge. Treatment bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our professional discretion.
4. Treatment Results
While we strive for exceptional results, SMP outcomes are influenced by individual factors including skin type, colour, and lifestyle. We make no absolute guarantees regarding specific results. Photographs on this website represent real client outcomes but individual results may vary.
5. Aftercare Responsibility
